The term ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) was created in 1980, since then there has been significant confusion and anxiety with the term, what it means, what value it provides, and how do we get this animal without massive changes to our infrastructure? The fact is we all do Risk Management every day of our lives, now Joe will be discussing how you can make it part of the fiber of the way you do business. Risk Management is something that everyone does in one way or another every day of their life, and Joe is committed to teaching organizations how they can effectively apply simple methodologies that will protect the integrity of their organization, all of their stake holders, and the industry in which they reside.
